About the Firm
The law firm of Doron Neumann & Co was founded in 1994 by Adv. Doron Neumann, one of the country's leaders in his fields of expertise.
Since its foundations the lawyers in the Firm has accumulated vast experience in the Firm's fields of activity, partly in an exclusive fashion and form. Counseling commercial entities and dealing and representing in transactions both nationally and internationally, in the fields of engineering, infrastructure, pharmaceutics, real estate, high tech, architecture, erecting and upgrading of sophisticated and advanced technological hubs and factories (Intel, tower Semiconductors, Gas operation, Oil refineries), agriculture, town planning, marketing, import and export inter generation transfer and more.Throughout the years the Firm dealt and is dealing with vast transactions and projects in the fields of civil engineering, both locally and internationally, tenders and bids of various magnitudes both for private sector entities and for the State of Israel. The Firm represents the State's authorities and Ministries in infrastructure projects directly and through management and planning companies. The Firm represents clients in multinational transactions, in international litigations and arbitrations such as the ICC.
The following are a few examples to transactions and projects that the Firm was involved in and dealt with;
Representing the Land authority in negotiating and drafting an agreement pertaining to the rezoning of two large scale land blocks from industry to residential and touristic purposes. The transaction included the development of the land and the execution of public infrastructure.
Representing the State of Israel (both the Ministry of Finance and The Land Authority) in completing the scheme of arrangement for the country's largest suck fund. The transaction included 14 real estate transactions of various properties and managing of an escrow account in the amount exceeding US$ forty millions received from the State.
Representing an engineering company in a 45 million Euros agreement to renovate and upgrade an isomerization facility in an oil refinery in Croatia and agreements with suppliers and sub-contractors word wide.
Representing an electricity industrial Equipment Company in a project in which land was bought and an office building for the company was designed, licensed and erected. The project included agreements with designers, consultants, project managers and contractors. The Firm dealt with the leasing of parts of the building post completion.
Representing private individuals in a ten years project to rezone a plot of land from industry to 117 residential units, eviction of protected tenants, both by agreement and litigation, and the entering into an agreement to exercise the rights by sale of the plot and receipt of the consideration from the proceeds of the units' sales. The consideration totaled US$ 40 million.
Representing a high tech company in negotiating a transaction with an international concern (Thales) for the R&D and later production of an integrated ex rays system combining technologies and products of both sides.
Representing Sanofi, a world leading pharmaceutical company, in negotiating agreements with distributors.
Representing clients in breeding and licensing fruits varieties to entities in various countries such as Chile, Australia and South Africa.
Preparation, drafting and overseeing public and private tenders and bids, including ones for "pools" of contractors for public infrastructure and touristic projects.
Representing engineering companies in agreements with the State and local and municipal authorities to design, management and supervision of rail roads, light trains, highways and intersections.
Representing clients in the purchasing of real estate in Europe, rezoning and developing the land and forming partnerships for the execution thereof.
ADV. DORON NEUMANN
Graduated cum laude, in 1981 at the Hebrew University School of Law. Was the editor of the Mishpatim Law review and assistant teacher of Corporate Law. Was a law clerk to Deputy President (Later President) of the Supreme Court Justice Kahan and to the Late Dr. Goldenberg in the firm of S. Horowitz and Co in Tel Aviv.
Admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1982.
Started his professional route in the law office of Kirchner & Weksler and later joined the law firm of Shibboleth and co as a partner in charge of the litigation department.
In 1994 established the Firm.
Served as the legal adviser and counsel of Hamashbir Hamerkazi, Hazera, The Negev Tourism Administration and more. In his work dealt, inter alias with national and international agreements with suppliers, dealt in a unique and innovative fashion with the legal aspects of breeders rights, research and developments of new varieties of fruits and vegetables and the legal protection thereof. Served as the legal advisor to an international projects for the sea shore protection of the Dead Sea, including agreements with tens of foreign consultants.
Was and is, for more than thirty years, the legal advisor of companies and commercial entities engaged in a variety of diversified fields and deals on a regular basis with all aspects of the clients' activities both locally and internationally – engineering, Pharmaceutics and chemistry, town planning and zoning, real estate, tenders and bids, import and international commerce, project management, governmental contracts, intellectual property, breeders rights, high tech and data protection, taxes, insolvency, insurance, the wine industry and more. Provides legal opinions, negotiates complex transactions, oversees ongoing projects, business transactions and inter generations' transfers and intentional litigation.
Serves as the legal advisor and counsel in Israel of one of the largest world wide pharmaceutical companies and as the legal advisor to three of the leading design and engineering groups in Israel. Deals with agreements for the design and erection of infrastructure projects, such as roads and railways, among the largest to be undertaken in Israel. Represents sophisticated industry entities and plants and deals with large scale transactions.
Doron served as an arbitrator appointed by the president of the Israeli Bar Association, appears and represents in litigation, arbitration and conciliation, both locally and internationally.
ADV. LIMOR NEUMANN
Graduated cum laude at law school of the Netanya College LL.B
Graduated Magna cum laude at the joint international Masters Program LL.M with Specialization in Commercial Law, of the Tel Aviv University, Buchmann Faculty of Law, with The University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
Completed a conciliators course,
was an apprentice in the Firm.
Admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2002.
Deals with concurrent legal advising to the Firm's clients in their personal, business and commercial activities, both locally and internationally, in the fields of; engineering, town planning, real estate, tenders and bids, import and international commerce, project management, governmental agreements, intellectual property and breeders rights, labor law, high tech and data protection, taxes, insolvency, agriculture, insurance, wine industry and more. Provides legal opinions, negotiates complex transactions, oversees ongoing projects, business transactions and inter generations' transfers and intentional litigation.
Limor is actively engaged in corporate law, including the forming and establishing of various corporate entities, groups of companies and their management, inter-generational business transfers, engages in registering and protection of intellectual property, wills and probates, pre-nuptial agreements and inheritance. Limor renders legal services and counseling for real estate transactions and complex inter companies transactions and represents clients vis a vis the State's authorities and the town and planning commissions.
Limor advises three of the leading design and engineering groups in Israel. In that framework she deals with agreements for the design and erection of projects, infrastructure and sophisticated industry plants in and out of Israel including ones to operate on gas. Limor represents the State in preparing and overseeing tenders and complex transactions including in the fields of real estate, infrastructure development, town planning and quarries.
